Its store and forward two-way messaging provides secure and robust communications capabilities to ensure reliable transmission of your management data. mprodigy Standard can be upgraded to Professional.
mprodigy Professional
mprodigy Professional extends the functionality of mprodigy Standard by providing the ability, through its analytics, alerting and reporting capabilities, to keep tight control over network, device and support suppliers as well as helpdesk support incidents. Designed for project-centric environments to meet the requirements of project and process-driven organisations, departments and managers, it enables the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and conformance to service level agreements (SLAs). mprodigy Professional is ideal for an initial trial and selection process and as part of a productivity enhancement or cost reduction plan.
mprodigy Application Monitoring
The Application Monitoring module can be added to either mprodigy Standard or Professional products. Application Monitoring takes a business process-centric view of mobility. It enables the monitoring of new and existing applications running on a mobile device and provides feedback on the behaviour of the user, device and application and the interactions and interdependencies between them. Its management analytics, feeds and reports provide real-time and historic data about business processes and can be utilised to inform a change management programme.
mprodigy Communications API
The robust, scalable and highly efficient mprodigy communications stack is available as a communications API option to mpartners. This allows application developers to utilise the mprodigy communications stack for use with their own application, leveraging its enterprise-level features. These include store-and-forward two-way messaging over GPRS, wireless LAN and Ethernet networks and seamless switching between available networks without user intervention; favouring least cost and guaranteeing data integrity and delivery.
